- Minimum Order Requirements: To ensure optimal preparation and service, we require a minimum order value of $450 for our catering services. This helps us maintain the highest quality and meet your event needs seamlessly.
- Payment and Order Timeline: Catering orders must be placed at least 7 business days before the event. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be paid online. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cashier's checks. Personal or business checks are not accepted.
- Serving Options: To make your event even more convenient, we offer cups, straws and napkins for serving our cold-pressed juices. If you require ice or additional serving equipment, please let us know during your consultation, and we will do our best to accommodate or advise on the best options.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your catering order, please notify us at least 5 business days before the event. Cancellations made within 4 days of the event may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Allergen Information: Your health and safety are important to us. If any of your guests have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us during your consultation. We are happy to recommend juices that accommodate these needs to ensure everyone can enjoy our products safely.
